The Hartland Consolidated Schools Board of Education has rejected the award suggested by the Case Evaluation Panel regarding former Creekside Elementary principal.

The Hartland Consolidated Schools Board of Education has rejected the award suggested by the Case Evaluation Panel regarding former Creekside Elementary principal, Tracey Sahouri.

As Hartland Patch previously reported, Sahouri, former principal of Creekside Elementary School and former vice principal of Hartland High School, is suing the Hartland Consolidated Schools district over circumstances involving her reassignment as a study-skills and special-education teacher.

In a statement from Hartland Schools, allegations made regarding the 2012 MEAP misconduct at Creekside Elementary School which was investigated by two different independent agencies, the Michigan Department of Education and Hartland Consolidated Schools, determined misconduct had occurred.
