Golf Scramble Helps Good Causes

Hartland Area Firefighters’ Association seventh annual golf outing scheduled for Aug. 21 at Hartland Glen Golf Course commemorates the 10- year anniversary of the tragic events that occurred on September 11, 2001.

Check-in at noon; the shotgun start is at 1 p.m. 

Event cost is $70 per person or $280 per foursome.

The price includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, dinner, special event holes, prizes, awards and a raffle to follow the event.

-Local families in need

-United Way of Livingston County 

-American Red Cross of Livingston County

-Subsidize any Hartland Area firefighter or their family in the

event of an emergency

-Provide for miscellaneous emergency charities that arise through out the year  

Sponsors still are needed for the event; sponsorships range from $150 for tee box sponsors to $2,500 for corporate sponsors. 

Hartland Area Firefighters’ Association is now a 501(C)(3) not-for-profit organization, so any sponsorships are tax-deductible.
