Jouni's Angles

Jouni's Angles meets at 9:30 a.m. Thursdays at the Hartland Senior Center, located in the Hartland Educational Support Service Center, 9525 E. Highland Road, Hartland Township (Howell mailing).

Taught by physical therapist Jouni K. Mantyla of Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists. This class is done primarily in chairs and includes strength training with hand weights and exercise bands.
