Sit, Move and Stay Fit

Action Home Health Care sponsors this all-around workout for seniors. The class lasts about 50 minutes and includes a fun warm-up, followed by upper and lower body strengthening and balance exercises.

These exercises are done using a chair, either sitting in it or standing behind it. The class winds down with relaxing stretches to give an all-over good feeling.

This class is appropriate for those who are just beginning an exercise program and those who are mobility challenged.
