Hartland Township Approves Carnival Proposal

A carnival will be coming to Hartland on June 6-9.

During Tuesday night's Hartland Township meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the proposal from the Hartland Chamber of Commerce for a special event application for the purpose of a summer carnival.

According to Executive Director Jana Warford, the board approved the Chamber's request and plans will move forward to bring the event to Hartland in June.

According to a the carnival will take place on June 6-9, lasting until 11 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sunday and will be located in the parking lot of the Hartland Target in the Shops at Waldenwoods shopping center.

"Hartland Township, Waldenwoods Properties and Target has worked collaboratively with the Chamber to bring this event to Hartland," Warford said in a previous report.
