Kahuna Coffee Charity Car Show Plus More Tips for the Week Ahead

Here are five things to help fuel your week in Hartland.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Hartland to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun.

For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. In the community

Kahuna Coffee will host their annual Charity Car Show Benefit on Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. This year’s benefit is for CJ (Carl Lee Mechkes Jr.), a local 6 year old boy who was born with Spinabifida.

2.  For your information

The Hartland Township Board has adopted an amendment that now allows applications to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department beginning Aug. 16. As a result of this new zoning ordinance change, application responses can be made in a matter of days because they will not need to go before the Planning Commission.

For more information on this ordinance revision, or any township ordinance, please contact the Planning Department at (810) 632-7498.
