Triple Money Monday Plus More Tips for the Week Ahead

Here are four tips to help fuel your week in Hartland.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Hartland to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. In the community

Donations to the Livingston County United Way on Monday, December 16 will be tripled!  (Up to $50,000.) Triple Money Monday funds are designated specifically to provide local families and individuals with basic needs. Donations can be made by cash, check, credit card, and online.

2. At the library
On Tuesday at Village Manor Retirement the community is invited for two holiday favorites: enjoy "A Christmas Story" on the big screen and have fun decorating (and eating!) cookies holiday style. Register online at www.cromaine.org and meet at Village Manor Retirement.

3. Buy | Sell | Trade
Custom Tutu's for Babies, Toddlers, and Children. For any questions or orders, contact mcutiepietutus@yahoo.com.

4. Holiday fun
Surprise your children who are in third grade or under by having Santa call from the North Pole. Calls will be made Tuesday, December 17 or Thursday, December 19 between 6 pm-8 pm. Cost is $3 for residents of the City of Howell, Oceola Township, Genoa Township, and Marion Township. Call the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority at 517-546-0693 ext. 0 for more details.
