French-inspired Marais Opens in Downtown Grosse Pointe: The restaurant was opened by chef David Gilbert and his wife Monica. Gilbert, who has worked Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, said that diners can expect the menu to change every three to four weeks with the season.
