This is a locally owned franchise... I have had several pizzas... I have always loved cottage in style and flavor... the za's are loaded with toppings... outstanding! Not to mention they are clean and so are the employees! Have you looked at some of the other pizza places in hartland? Staff is always friendly.... I hope this new ownership makes it! Great job Cottage Inn.

Ordered a pizza via the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there exactly 20 minutes later. Several employees saw me walk in and wait at the counter. The man who seemed to be the manager never looked up. All the other employees would look up at me then quickly down. The manager then started berating one of the employees for making a pizza wrong, calling him "stupid". Finally the manager came up to me and said "Yeah?" Told him my name and that I had a pizza ordered. He said "It figures. It hasn't been made yet." Had to wait another 20 minutes, and other customers that came in were given the same poor treatment.
