Opened in 2003, Hartland High School has been called the “flagship” for the entire district. Sitting as part of a 200-acre site that includes Hartland Middle School and Creekside Elementary, the 400,000-square-foot building features an elevated indoor track, two gyms, a 500-seat auditorium and an Aquatic and Fitness Center that's open to the public. The $60-million facility also includes tennis courts and football, soccer, baseball and softball fields. Its principal is Chuck Hughes.
