I went to Child of Christ back in the 90's which was the name of the school back then. I feel it prepared me well for Highschool,... In fact after the curriculum at Child of Christ, Highschool was a breeze.

My 3 best friends today (I'm 30 years old currently) are classmates of mine from Child of Christ. I feel that the friendships and benefits you can receive from this school can last a lifetime.

I love this school. And I often wish that I could capture the many blessings that my family has experienced at Our Savior Lutheran School and bottle them for all to see. Our Savior Ev. Lutheran School (formerly Child of Christ) has blessed our family for the last 17 years. Our oldest son attended and graduated the school in 2006. Our second oldest son attended and graduated the school in 2010. We have three children that remain at Our Savior. The loving and caring atmosphere of staff and teachers makes for a wonderful environment for children to grow. The academic standards are phenomenal. When our oldest graduated the school, his IOWA testing was that of a 12th grade education and higher, our second son, due to a learning disability, was able to maintain his grade level. Our daughter, currently sixth grade has an IOWA score of 8.5. Our next son is at least a grade level or two above his current level and our youngest is Preschool and does not take the test but show a great ambition for learning.

Excellent teachers, beautiful facilities, and Christ-centered. Consistent Iowa Basics test scores show averages in the 90 percentile and over. Sports for 5th grade and higher. Reading and music are given a high priority in all grade levels. I put three children through the school and couldn't be more pleased. They were given a desire to learn, a respect for authority, and a Christian worldview. Even the one with learning issues came out with a love of reading and is doing college prep in high school. Awesome, awesome teachers!!
