Hartland Administrator Files Civil Suit Against Argentine Township, Police Officer

Assistant Principal Tracey Sahouri, of Hartland High School, claims she was 'falsely and maliciously and intentionally' accused of a crime in underage drinking incident.

Former Creekside Elementary Principal Tracey Sahouri has filed a civil lawsuit against Argentine Township and one of its police officers, the Livingston County Daily Press & Argus reported today. Sahouri filed the suit in January, alleging she was "falsely and maliciously and intentionally" accused of having committed a crime. This involved a case that Genesee County dismissed, in which Sahouri and her husband, Raed Sahouri, were accused of allowing underage drinking at their child's graduation party at their home in Argentine Township. On Tuesday, Hartland Patch reported the Board of Education is considering non-renewal of Sahouri's contract as an administrator, and placing her in a teaching position beginning with the 2012-13 school year…

Hartland High School Administrator Tracey Sahouri Could be Reassigned as Teacher

Charges are for improperly administering the MEAP test and not about the underage drinking case, school board president says.

Hartland High School Assistant Principal Tracey Sahouri could become a teacher next school year, as the Board of Education decided to consider non-renewal of her administrative contract. The board's action on Monday dealt with charges against Sahouri regarding her alleged misconduct in administering MEAP tests, and not with the underage drinking case against her husband, which was dismissed in December, said School Board President Kevin Kaszyca. in July, Sahouri and her husband Raed Sahouri were accused of knowingly allowing underage drinking at their child's graduation party at their home in Argentine Township. Wow! The supporters of Sahouri honestly don't appear to know right from wrong as they can't distinguish that cheating on the MEAPs is wrong. And to minimize the issue by claiming "no one cares" about the financial burden is ridiculous.
