The National Weather Service forecast for the Hartland area calls for a high of 34 degrees with an 80 percent chance of snow. Tuesday night's forecast is cloudy with a low of 28 degrees. The lowest gasoline price in the Hartland area was $3.44 per gallon Monday evening at Speedway, 10070 Highland Rd., according to Detroitgasprices.com. The second-lowest price per gallon was $3.54 at Mobil, 10050 Clyde Rd. in Hartland. Shell, 10440 Highland Rd., had gasoline for $3.58 per gallon. Fenton Patch reports that the Fenton City Council voted 4-3 to approve a liquor license transfer for Rrok Dedivanaj, manager of Mega Coney Island, to open a Boston’s The Gourmet Pizza franchise at 3324 Owen Rd. in Fenton.
