Getting a good workout doesn’t require being stuck in a gym during the late summer heat or those deliciously crisp fall days that follow. Healthy living and fitness have always been a passion for Lori Murphy who says she remembers growing up in the 80's and begging her mom to take her to aerobics classes held in the basement of her church. By simply following her path, the 48-year-old personal trainer and owner of My Stronger Self was able to transform her passion into a career of helping others achieve their fitness goals. My Stronger Self moved into their new location on Jan. 2.
My Stronger Self, the fitness center formerly located at 1361 S. Old US 23, recently made a move to accommodate it’s rapidly growing clientele by re-modeling the location at 5283 S. Old US 23 into a bright, usable training center. With large windows letting in natural sunlight and a cardio floor specifically made for safe activity, owner Lori Murphy says the new space was designed to inspire and motivate.
