Hartland High School Celebrates MLK Day and Says "Be Kind"
A video created by Hartland students celebrates the late civil rights leaders and reminds their peers to be kind to each other.
In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the students at Hartland High School created a video which was presented to the school last week. Showing scenes from the high school, including clips from the "Say Something Nice" podium which is set up during the school's lunch hours, the movie captures moments during a typical high school day where students are "caught" being nice to each other. Production and editing of the movie were done by Hartland juniors Hunter Callender and Emma Mendoza.
