My career in web design started when I accepted a job as a web developer for HomeTown Online, an ISP which at the time was owned by HomeTown Newspapers and operated out of the Livingston County Press offices. From there, I moved on to the Michigan State Medical Society where I worked as a website coordinator, and later worked for Special Olympics Michigan, again as a website coordinator.

After Special Olympics, I worked for Dow Chemical's videoconference helpdesk. I am now a Web Strategist for a non-profit organization called EduGuide.
