About Lori

Hi my name is Lori Murphy. I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I live in the Brighton/Hartland area and have lived in the area for about 18 years. I have enjoyed living here because of all the lakes, parks, and beauty Livingston County has to offer. I'm also co-owner of My Stronger Self Fitness Studio and Gym in Brighton Township just south of Hartland. Fitness has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I enjoy helping others learn to live an active healthy, lifestyle. To keep myself active I like to go biking, running, swimming, boating, any activity that takes me outside.

Hi,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people.
