Hartland's Tony Sacco's Opening Soon

Tony Sacco's Coal Oven Pizza will be opening soon in Hartland. Here are five things to know about the restaurant.

Opening day:
Sunday, August 11

About the owners: We are a franchise and will have 5 stores in our franchise by 2016. Both of the owners are Brighton residents, the management staff, with the exception of one, is all from Howell. Mark Kramer, the General Manager of the restaurant is a 1999 Hartland Graduate.

About the restaurant: The seating capacity will be roughly 160 people and will include an outdoor patio.

About the food: All of our cooking is done in our custom-built, 1000 degree anthracite coal-burning oven for a taste unlike anything you have ever experienced. Our sauce is made from scratch with Italian Plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic for true old-world fresh tomato taste. There are no microwaves or freezers in any of our Tony Sacco's restaurants. This ensures the fact that everything in the restaurant is fresh. The pizza toppings are prepared, cut or baked fresh daily.

On the menu: We are a full service restaurant offering sandwiches, wraps, wings, salads, hummus, and much more. We have a full bar including beer, wine and liquor. We make our own pineapple infused vodka and are known for our Sangria's which can be sold by the glass or the pitcher.
